1 large package instant vanilla pudding
1 box vanilla wafers
4 large bananas (golden ripe)
1 can Eagle brand milk (or any sweetened condensed milk)
8 oz sour cream
1tsp vanilla
1 large Cool Whip - thawed
Prepare pudding as directed, add Eagle brand milk, sour cream, vanilla and ⅓ of Cool Whip, blend all together. In serving dish layer vanilla wafers, bananas and pudding. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with crushed vanilla wafers or nuts might be good. This is a thin mixture, as I remember, I didn’t use quite as much milk or Cool Whip. Very good! Makes a large pudding. Cool Whip is always better to thaw in fridge. Sometimes it breaks down if thawed at room temp.
