1 8oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened to room temp
1 8oz soft, sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp lemon juice
Touch of garlic salt or garlic powder (I use powder)
Desired amount of pecans, cut quite fine
Mix cheeses together, add other ingredients and roll in nuts. If you can’t find the soft cheddar, grate regular cheddar fine and maybe heat a dab – to get it soft and workable. Roll into a ball or roll shape. Chill and serve on party crackers.
