12 oz Cool Whip thawed
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
1 can Eagle brand milk (or any sweetened condensed milk)
1 can cherry pie filling
1 cup or more chopped nuts
Mix in order as given and store in fridge. Can be used when mixed, but is thicker and better if stored in fridge overnight. This is a very pretty pink salad for anyone who likes a Jello type sweet salad. A good holiday salad. I usually give it to our two closest neighbors at Christmas time, I go this recipe from Faye Marler a few years back. I’ve just about worn it out. It’s another one of those church and funeral dishes. Besides all of the above – it freezes well!
