Marshmallow Sweet Potatoes




2 or 3 cans of sweet potatoes - drained

½ cup (maybe more) brown or white sugar

3-4 tbs oleo or butter

Sprinkle cinnamon to taste

½ cup pecans

Marshmallows


Place well-drained sweet potatoes in baking dish. Cover with sugar, butter and cinnamon, add nuts a little later. Cook at 350-400 degrees maybe 30 min or until they look more dry and candied - take out of oven and cover with marshmallows. Return to oven for a few minutes until marshmallows are melted and browned a little. “They burn fast!” Another one of my favorites! They’re really yummy!!
