Poppy Seed Dressing




2 cups oil (I use canola)

1 cup cider vinegar

1 cup sugar

2 tsp salt

1 tbsp dry mustard

1 tbsp garlic powder

½ tsp black pepper

1 ½ tbsp poppy seeds


Mix all together. Whip with mixer until well blended. Let rest for 10 min and beat well again – can be stored for several weeks. Can heat before serving if desired.
