Quick Fix Party Treat


1 ½ lb ground chuck

1 lb pork sausage

Tabasco sauce to taste, maybe 1 tsp

1 ½ lb Velveeta Cheese

1 or more Party Rye Bread


Cook ground chuck and sausage each one separately, drain grease very well (blot with paper towel). Mix together, season with Tabasco sauce. Add Velveeta and heat slowly until cheese is melted. Spread on Party Rye Bread and heat in oven at 275 degrees until bubbly hot and bread is toasted a little. This is a very good snack, or put with a salad to make a meal. If you have space this treat can be made ahead: freeze in a single layer, then pop in oven, still frozen. Heat until thawed and bubbly hot. Enjoy!
